How is this different from other AI summary tools?▾
Typical AI summaries make a document shorter; BrainTooler structures it. It visualizes the document’s logical hierarchy as an outline and a mind map, then connects it to XMind, Word and image export, the AI study coach, quizzes and flashcards.
Can I build mind maps or outlines myself, without AI?▾
Yes. Start from a blank document, create a central topic, and add child and sibling topics quickly with Tab/Enter shortcuts. What you build is saved to your library and works with quizzes, flashcards and export.
Are the outline and the mind map saved separately?▾
No. The outline and the mind map are two views of the same structure data. Edit an item in the outline or add a topic in the mind map, and the same document is updated.
What files can I upload?▾
PDF, PPTX (PowerPoint), DOCX (Word), HWPX (Hangul), HWP (beta), images (PNG/JPG/WebP), TXT, CSV and HTML. If an HWP file doesn’t read well, save it as HWPX in Hangul and upload that instead. You can also enter a URL to structure a web page.
How are quizzes and flashcards created?▾
AI generates questions automatically from your structured result. There are three types — multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank and short answer — and flashcards use the SM-2 spaced-repetition algorithm so you review at the right moment.
What happens if I change plans?▾
Starter and Pro renew automatically on the same date each month. You can cancel anytime from your account and keep using the period you’ve already paid for. To switch to a different plan, email support@saengco.com. Team is set up after a consultation, based on your organization’s size and needs. Your saved documents and study history stay with you even on the free plan.
How do refunds work?▾
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment, in line with our Terms of Service and applicable law. Refunds may be limited for time already used or digital services already delivered. Please contact support@saengco.com.

Your structured results belong to you — download, share and use them freely. Copyright in the original documents stays with their authors.
